NAME: Christie Drozdowski
LOCATION: South East England by the sea
TIDBITS: My husband is English, and he proposed to me on the Eiffel Tower. Le sigh. In my childhood, I spoke with a thick Southern American accent which I corrected in my late teen/college years — to little or no avail when I'm around my family. I chose Christianity as a child, and this has become the Relationship of my life. My first trip out of the country was to Ecuador at age 18. I got married on December 22, 2005 — exactly 5 years to the day after I met my husband. My all-time favorite book is Jane Eyre. I'm mama to my vibrant toddler daughter and expecting another baby in the Autumn. I'm 1/3 of the Beloved Mag team. I write for Bustle and Romper. In 2015, my poetry was published by Cottage Hill. I've also appeared on consciousmagazine.co.
PERSONAL MOTTOs: People may be the most glorious joy in life, and though they may be the most hurtful, I am willing to open my heart as many times as I can.
